Born in 27.11.1944 in Bucharest Selected by the Italian institute "Centro Superiore di Logica e Scienze Comparate" He is listed by the scientists accredited by the Ministry of Justice as a specialist for art and patrimony matters. He worked at matters of cultural issues by the Ministry of Culture 1993-1994. Together with Romulus Vulcanescu and others he founded the multilingual magazine "Ethnologica" (1976). He unraveled many artworks by Grigorescu, Luchian, Tonitza, Brauner, Paciurea, Gh. Anghel etc. He discovered and made use of the N. Cartojan archive witch contained thousands of hand written notes coming from high European and also Romanian personalities of culture. Under the impulse of his masters, Mircea Eliade and Petru Comarnescu, he conducted studies about unknown aspects of the life, conception and opera of the great Brancusi. He discovered numerous sculptures and documents (letters, pictures, passports, tools, etc.). He directly studied and catalogued may works of art attributed to Brancusi, and earned the involvement of institutions and personalities like: Acad. I. Irimescu, Acad. Dan Grigorescu, Acad. Vlaicu Ionescu, Dr. I. Mocioi, Dr. V. Craciun, Dr. Dan Smantanescu, sculptor Constantin Antonovici (New York) - disciple and collaborator of Brancusi, Foundation "Familia Brancusi", Foundation "Universal Art", The Art Institute of Chicago, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum - New York, Philadelphia Museum of Art, etc.
